Lodge of Instruction

The beating heart of any Lodge is its Lodge of Instruction (or LOI for short). Whitefriars is fortunate in having a very active LOI which meet weekly at the Enfield Town Club in North London. LOI allows members to come together to learn, practice and rehearse Masonic ritual, it provides the opportunity for younger Masons to become more involved and to understand the ethos of the Lodge and learn and be mentored by the more experienced Brethren. Importantly it also gives the opportunity to socialise informally and get to know the other members. Whitefriars LOI meetings are normally followed by a few drinks and a friendly chat in the club bar. The LOI meets every Tuesday evening at 6.30pm at the Enfield Town Club, Old Park Ave, Enfield, Middx, EN2 6PR. Attendance is entirely voluntary, and we have a LOI WhatsApp group to communicate with other and update other members on LOI activities and who is able/not able to attend. Preceptor: W.Bro Steve Hunt
